Romans 8:5-6

Even if you’ve been a Christian a long time, you can have a new beginning by yielding more to the Holy Spirit. It's really hard to live life God’s way and keep allowing your sinful nature to rule your heart and life.

This doesn’t mean you can’t do fun things. Jesus came to give us abundant life, not a boring one. It means you are careful what you watch, listen to, and read. Bombarding your kind with ungodly things pushes you away from Godly things.

We can ask the Holy Spirit for help and talk to Him like we talk to God. He is there for a reason. Your life will change even more when you let Him lead.
