Psalm 91:3-4

You know I can’t leave out my favorite Chapter if something in it pertains to our list. Psalm 91 was written by Moses. It is a very protective Scripture and several different things are covered in it, including sickness.

My NLT version says in verse 3 that: “He will rescue you from every trap and protect you from deadly disease.” Honestly, there are probably plenty of sickness & diseases that God has protected us from and we didn’t even know about it. He’s just that good.

Verse 4 is still talking about protection and then we are reminded that His faithful promises are our armour and protection. (In my NLT.) This is where you literally take God’s promises and apply them as armour and protection. This CAN & should be done in regards to sickness. We can even use verse 3!

“Father God, Your Word says you rescue me from every trap and protect me from deadly disease. Thank You for protecting me and keeping me well. In Jesus name, amen.”

Turning Scripture into prayer is very easy and effective. God is a Promise Keeper! He will always keep His promises!
