Isaiah 53:4-5

Isaiah 53 is ALL about Jesus. It is a prophecy from the LORD many years before Jesus even came to earth. While He seemed normal, He was not. Mary and Joseph knew that they had not created that baby, but God did. God had plans all along to redeem mankind to Himself.

Part of that redemption includes healing for our bodies. My Pastor says it this way, “Jesus came to get rid of disease and dis-ease. For the body, mind, and emotions.” Life on earth is not ever really going to be easy, but it is livable with Jesus at the center of your life.

Jesus took all of the torture, humiliation, pain and death for us. In our place. Accepting that free gift is life changing!
