Psalm 118:5-7

Why do we constantly forget this? These verses are worth memorizing! We need to remind ourselves and our loved ones of how awesome God is!

I’m not sure who wrote this Psalm, but we can count on this, the same God that answered this writer’s prayer and set them free is the same God we love and serve now. We don’t have to be afraid of anything or anyone. I fully understand that what we see usually matters more. But let me tell you, the LORD we can’t see is very real and very for us!

One of the best ways to know and understand is by looking at the past. First of all, what was Jesus like? How many times did He get on to His disciples for being afraid when they should not have been? THEN, look at your life. What happened when you were afraid and you prayed? I usually ask God to place angels near me when I’m afraid. I believe He does it.

The LORD is FOR us! We need not be afraid!
