Proverbs 5:21-23

Out of those thousands of decisions that we make daily, some of them include whether to sin or not. We are tempted daily to not follow God’s ways & to sin. God sees the paths we choose.

If a person isn't living for God at all, their sins will just trap them. They get held down. I believe saved person can even do this. Someone who has just turned away or given in to temptation… they can cause themselves A LOT of harm!

Self control is very important. It is also a fruit of the Spirit. So that means we can grow in self control and ask God for help!
