Proverbs 23:4-5

Today's verses are great advice when it comes to our finances. Getting rich has enough trouble of it's own. Have you seen some of the celebrities online & TV recently? Being rich with money does NOT guarantee goodness. Honestly, it’s usually the opposite. Don’t get me wrong, it’s not a sin to be rich. This advice is coming from a very era king of a very large nation.

Without a budget, our money does seem to sprout wings & disappear. Doesn’t it? We have to control what goes out. We should do our best to tithe first, then save, then budget. Dave Ramsey, the Christian finance dude says, “Tell your money where to go.” Ultimately, it’s our job to handle it God’s way. Is there a particular budget you use?
