Proverbs 16:1-3

I love these verses because it all goes back to the LORD. When and if we leave Him out of things, we are just asking for trouble. God placed a personality, gifts, talents, and skills in us. Then, once we fully surrendered to Him, we got Spiritual gifts as well. This was all gifted in order for God to use us to further His Kingdom. Trying to do things on our own, without His guidance, doesn’t work.

We have free will. We are welcome to do whatever we want to, but that doesn’t mean God wants us to do it. It also doesn’t mean He will bless it either. He knows our hearts. Our motives. Why we decided to do that thing. Ya know? It could even be something good. Good isn’t always right.

Following God’s way of living, committing all that we do to Him and following through on things He tells us to do will cause success. He knows our hearts the past, present, and future. We are better off allowing Him to be God & we just be His kids.
