Luke 4:40-41

Finishing off this section in my Bible, titled, “Jesus Heals Many People”, we find that Jesus healed people no matter what their disease was. This is why I say He can heal anything. (He’s done it before!) While Jesus is not right here with us in the flesh, we have the Holy Spirit who has the same power. (Not to mention, God can do anything without having a human touch another human.)

On occasion, we get stuck because everyone doesn't ALWAYS get healed here on earth. Sometimes people we prayed for healing for die. That's hard and feels hurtful. We have to wrap our minds around this- Yes! God wants everyone well. I believe there is earthly healing and Heavenly healing. No one in Heaven is sick.

At times, in my opinion, we remove His power and authority from our lives, by living however we want to. Rebellious. God is ALL powerful and ALL knowing. He literally can do anything period. He is also JUST and no human being can ever know the depth of why some get healed on earth and others don’t.

I can tell you this…. reading all of these healing New Testament Scriptures are teaching me that some things are caused by demons. If we aren’t rebuking them in Jesus name, then maybe that’s why sickness hasn’t left yet. MAYBE. God is Sovereign too. Therefore, we can’t make Him do anything and He knows people's futures. I still say He wants everyone well though. We just have to trust Him with all of it.
