Isaiah 38:19-20
I skipped one verse, then picked up where we left off yesterday. This is still part of King Hezekiah’s poem of praise. As the living, we should be praising the LORD daily. My husband taught me a quick prayer when I wake up. “Thank You LORD for the breath in my lungs, the beating of my heart, & the working of my brain.” Then I added, “And cartilage in my joints that need it.” We should be grateful we get another day each day, don’t you think?
We should also tell others what God does in our health. When people hear stories of how God healed and miracles He has done, it builds faith in them.
The LORD wants us healed. It’s not His desire for us to be sick at all. He deserves our praise whether we are sick or not. And we can trust that He will heal!
