Hosea 2:14-15

Hosea was a prophet of God’s to the entire nation of Israel. At this time in history, they were split into 2 countries. (They did that for years!) Chapter 2 is all about Israel and God is comparing them to an unfaithful wife. When we get to verse 14, my Bible has the title, “The LORD’S Love For Unfaithful Israel.”

The her in our verses is Israel and God was ready to restore and start fresh from all the negative. God never wanted bad things to happen to His people. They caused a lot of trouble on their own because they wouldn't listen and obey Him. I love seeing how God redeemed & restored them because I know He did that for me, individually.

The enemy takes from us, but Gid returns things. I’m so grateful for that!
