Micah 7:18-20

So many prophets in the Old Testament ended up being the guys who gave the bad news. Chapter 7 of Micah is titled “Misery Turned To Hope” and starting at verse 14, my Bible says, “The LORD’S Compasion On Israel.” There literally were so many ups and downs before Jesus came. They were great lessons for us to learn from as well as good ways to learn about God’s character.

Once again, God was wanting to restore Israel. Micah is talking to God in our verses. They are about to experience another new beginning because God loves them and has compassion on them. Thankfully, that hasn’t changed and we are given chance after chance! New beginning after new beginning. That’s just how amazing our God is!
