Genesis 8:1-4

We will write from Genesis chapter 8 for 3 days, including today. As far as resilience goes in our verses, we see Noah and his family in a giant boat with MANY animals while it rained and waters came up from inside the earth for 5 months. The boat came to a rest on top of a mountain.

No one can know the exact number of animals that traveled with them, but it HAD to be A LOT. Two of every species on earth at that time and all different types. I wonder if God just let them not be hungry or if they had to feed them all too. The Bible doesn’t say.

I get motion sick, so I would not have wanted to be in a boat for that long. I’m sure God provided for them in miraculous ways that just didn’t get recorded. They had to have human food for sure. I wonder how or if they built a fire. So many questions to ask Noah in Heaven. What is something you would ask him?
