Galatians 4:4-5

If you are following the list from the 1st of the month, I just realized today is a repeat of Scripture we have already written. I’m very sorry. I decided to go ahead to the next day and write it.

I’m not a Bible scholar and I don’t know a ton about other religions- but what I DO know is that God is all about saving people and being in relationship with them. God sent Jesus to fulfill the law, not fully do away with it. God adopted us and calls us ahis own.

Some religions are all about hate and racism. God wants everyone all ages,races, & ethic backgrounds to become His beloved. There is freedom in that. God is not saying, “Jump through this hoop, hate a certain people group, and bend over backwards to be loved by Me.” He simply says to come to Him all who are weary and He will give rest. He says to love others as yourself. He loves everyone and wants to be in relationship with everyone.

It’s not just ANY type of relationship either. He wants us to be His children. For some people, thinking about God as a Father is very hard on them. For others, it’s easy. I can tell you this- He is THE BEST Father ever! He loves unconditionally, He never leaves, and He can free you from SO much! If you don’t know Him like that, I pray one day you will!
