Deuteronomy 7:14-15

Today we pick up where we left off yesterday. God is telling Israel how He plans to bless them by growing them in number of humans and animals.

In verse 15, He promised to protect them from all sickness. I wish we had that today. I am currently not feeling good at all. I know that God blocks out a lot of sicknesses from us, though, so we are blessed too! But He was trying to establish them as a nation and that many people together were bound to pass sickness around. God wanted them well so they could do what He asked. He also promised to allow their enemies to get the diseases from Egypt they He was protecting them from.

God always has our best interest at heart. He wants to take care of us and He wants us to love & trust Him.
