Deuteronomy 7:12-13

Chapter 7 of Deuteronomy is titled, “A Privilege of Holiness”. There are a lot of promises to the Israelites once they get to the Promise Land. By this time, they had already been given the 10 Commandments & encouraged to wholeheartedly commit to God.

We are going to write a couple more verses after these tomorrow too. While God is being VERY specific to them and how He will bless them if they follow His ways, we can take heart and get hope as well.

Basically, when we live for God & keep His ways of living, we are blessed too. Our blessing might look different & they might not be word for word what their’s were, but they are still good! We can see in their time in the wilderness, the times THEY got out from under God’s protection. God never left them.
