1st Corinthians 15:50-51

Chapter 15 of 1st Corinthians is all about resurrection. It starts out with the resurrection of Christ, then the dead, then the body starting in verses 35. These verses are really talking about Jesus coming back to get us. I wanted to break it down though and talk about it.

Paul says physical bodies cannot inherit the Kingdom of God. That goes along with what I said about us dying and our spirit going right to Heaven. These mortal bodies can’t go to Heaven because they can’t last forever.

Our bodies will be transformed to one that will not die. I am not sure how God will do things in the last days. I know Jesus said about two people doing stuff and one would be taken and one left. (Matthew 24) I don’t argue on the tribulation, I just choose to be ready.
