1 Chronicles 16:12-14

Today’s verses are part of a song that David sang. He had just moved the Ark of the Covenant to Jerusalem. Everywhere the Ark went was blessed because God’s presence was with it. While this was a joyous occasion, David called on Israel to remember how God got them through the tough times in years past.

I challenge us to do the same. When we go through difficult times, look back & see what God has done before in your life. How did He get you through other hard things? Did He provide what you needed right when you needed it? This doesn’t have to be about anything material either. Trust that if He did it before, He will do it again!

Verse 14 is just a small confirmation that God will handle our injustices. When we are done wrong by another person, we can trust and believe that God will handle them. Even if it’s something really small. God is just and He does not want bad things to happen to His children.
