Philippians 3:19-21

     Starting at verse 12 of Philippians chapter 3, my Bible has the title, "Pressing Toward The Goal". A lot of us know that statement from verses 13 & 14. In that part Paul is talking about not looking back at your past, but looking forward.

     In verse 17 & 18, Paul is encouraging them and us to pattern our lives after him and others like him because there was/are people who live for the world. I am careful about what I watch, read, and listen to.

     You know why? Because I am not a full citizen of this world. My home is in Heaven. The world wants us distracted and divided. Worldly events are important. But they shouldn't be our focus. (Unless God has called you to that.) Plus, if we are arguing with people online, how is that leading them to Christ?

     One day, we won't have these mortal bodies. I can't wait for that! Mine has been in pain lately.
