Mark 16:5-7

HUGE new beginning today! Jesus is alive! That not only changed His discipline’s lives, but it changed ours too!

Our verses are just one account and a snippet of the morning Mary went to put spices on Jesus’ body. When she arrived, she was told the news that He wasn’t there. (By an Angel.)

All of His disciples saw Him die on the cross and how severely beaten He was. They heard Him talk about rising 3 days later, but I think they forgot. So that morning was a total shock to them.

Without His resurrection, we wouldn't be living for Him over 2,000 years later! What an awesome new beginning!
