Isaiah 12:3-4

Isaiah Chapter 12 is titled, “Songs of Praise for Salvation” in my Bible. It’s only 6 verses long. I recommend you take a minute and read it today. Isaiah was a prophet and a lot of his writings were speaking directly whatever God told him to say. For example, Chapter 11 starts off prophecying about Jesus. Then, chapter 13 is a message of destruction to Babylon.

This little happy chapter in the middle of those stands out! We should thank God for our salvation. He had it planned long before Jesus came to earth. Isaiah is proof of that. In the time He was on earth, God only sent the Holy Spirit to certain people. We can’t grasp that because He is available to us immediately when we ask Jesus into our lives. What an awesome time in history that we live in! Revival is here! More people are reading the Bible and attending church. That's certainly worth thanking God for!
