Hebrews 1:13-14

Verses 8 through 12 that we didn’t write are more quotes & information about how God does things. They have a direct line to things said in the Old Testament. So, that's why we started off with an “And”.

Verse 13 is quoting Psalm 110:1, which David is the writer of. God said to Jesus that He will sit in the place of honor at His right hand. The writer of Hebrews is just telling us that angels don't have the place of authority that Jesus does.

In my opinion, I’d take out the word “only” in verse 14. Angels are very important to God, even though they just do what He tells them. He uses them in many different ways to serve us.
