Hebrews 11:15-16

I know this is talking about actual land, but I think we can think of it in regards to our past as well. If you long for a life in the world and/or miss certain people or things, you can always go back. But when you do, that is like turning your back on God.

He has a better place and life for us! Wandering through life and allowing the enemy to lead us is no fun. Being a Christian doesn’t stop the enemy’s attacks, but it gives you ways to fight and the promise of Heaven when it’s your time to go.

God has prepared a place in Heaven for us. It doesn’t need sunlight because He is SO bright! (Revelation 21:23) God has enough room for all of us according to Jesus in John 14:2. God is a God of order. He has a plan, we just have to trust Him.
