Galatians 1:8-9

Paul is using some harsh words in today’s verses, but I think he’s trying to get a point across. I picked this verses because it shows again, that angels can talk, look human, and have free will. Only an angel NOT living for God would try to spread the wrong Gospel to the world.

In the New Testament, under the New Covenant, I’m not sure about God actually cursing anyone. But I think Paul was just saying they SHOULD be if they spread a false Gospel. The church at Galatia was already turning away from the Way, so I think Paul was pulling out all the stops to bring them back.

The only Good News is the truth of Jesus’ death, burial, and resurrection. It’s the only true Gospel and the way for us to be in a relationship with God.
