Ecclesiastes 3:4

I love verses 1-8 of Ecclesiastes chapter 3. King Solomon wrote this and it’s true, there is a time for everything. God gave us emotions and He knew we would have good and bad times.

It’s ok to cry sometimes. It can be helpful for us. But we shouldn't stay there. We should turn our tears into laughter! Sometimes if I literally just need to laugh, I will turn on the old TV show Wipe Out. It’s an outdoor obstacle course that people attempt so they can go to the final round and win money. The announcers and watching people bounce and fall into water makes me laugh. What do you watch or think about to make yourself laugh?

We will all have times of grieve or sadness. Solomon probably saw his dad go through both. Maybe David even told him about those times. Life isn’t perfect, but our good God is! Why don’t you try to make someone laugh today?
