1st Peter 1:22-23

Being “born again” also known as saved or Christ follower means that you should look different from people who aren’t. We should genuinely love others. Peter is trying to tell us that it also means we don’t immediately go to Heaven after we become a Christian.

There are several things every Christian should do. Ways that God wants us to live, if you will. Then there are specific things that only we can do. God equipped us with personalities, skills, talents, and abilities. He wants us to use those to tell people about Him. Our new life with Christ is eternal. It won't end when this flesh body does. That’s the hope we have of Heaven!
