Ephesians 6:16-18

Thank You Father for this “armor” we can suit up in. The last pieces are not least! Salvation as a helmet protects our minds. It helps us remember that we have been bought by Your sacrifice and we were then given the mind of Christ when we accepted the free gift of salvation.

Help us memorize, apply, and use Your Word, the sword of the Spirit every day!! The Bible is so good for us and it does so much for us! We get to know You better as well as use it to fight off the enemy like Jesus did when He was tempted.

Help us also to be a praying people, LORD! Let us pray in the Spirit if we can, because that is the Holy Spirit praying through us. If we fon’t have that, it’s ok. Help us pray. Period. Let us stay alert & be persistent in our prayers LORD! We need to stay alert in communication with You. In Jesus name, amen
