2nd Timothy 3:12-14

Paul is the writer of this letter to Timothy. Chapter 3 is titled, “The Dangers of the Last Days”. Then, starting at verse 10, Paul is charging Timothy. Paul says, “You know everything I’ve been through and how the LORD rescued me BUT- everyone who wants to live a Godly life will suffer persecution.”

I have prayed, “Why did this happen to me? I’m living for You, God.” All I had to do was read verse 13 and remember, the enemy does not bother people who aren’t Christians. They do seem to flourish and look like they have a great life. But they are missing out on salvation and a personal relationship with God, which is something I do not want to miss out on!

Remaining faithful to what we have been taught in God’s Word is vital for us too. Even when we are struggling through something, we can make it through Christ and living God’s ways!
